Q & A
Booking a shoot - Questions & Answers
How do I secure my shoot?
A quote or direct invoice will be sent to you based on the shoot date:
-
If you already have a fixed date for your shoot and it is further than 2 weeks away from the date, you can secure it by paying the 50% deposit.
-
If the shoot date is less than 2 weeks away, a full payment is required to secure your date.
-
If you are not sure of the date yet but want to secure the cost of the shoot, a 50% deposit is required and the final payment 2 weeks before the final shoot date.
Do I need to sign a contract for my shoot?
Yes assigned contract is required to secure the safety of the photographer's work and the client's privacy options.
Do you suggest a venue to shoot at, outfit options and make-up & artist suppliers?
Yes I always suggest all of the above to make the shoot experience as seamless as possible. Once the shoot has been booked we can discuss the logistics of it.
Can I choose to keep my photos private?
In the written contract, it states that the photographer has the right to use the photos for promotional and marketing purposes but the more discreet shoots such as business & boudoir shoots will be kept private as requested by the client.
